1. Agreement
By requesting or confirming a reservation with Paramount iSpace (“we”, “us”) for stays or experiences at Warm stay retreat, Nettoor, Ernakulam, you agree to these booking terms. If you book on behalf of others, you confirm that you have authority to bind them.
2. Bookings & confirmation
A booking is provisional until we send written confirmation (email or message) and any required deposit or payment is received as stated in your booking summary. Rates, inclusions, and minimum stay rules apply as quoted at the time of confirmation.
3. Check-in & check-out
Standard check-in and check-out times will be communicated with your confirmation. Early arrival or late departure is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. Valid government-issued photo ID may be required for all guests.
4. Payment
Payment schedules (deposit, balance, and accepted methods) are set out in your booking confirmation. Prices are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise and include only what is explicitly listed in your package.
5. Cancellation & changes
Cancellation and amendment policies depend on the rate plan and dates you selected. Any fees or refunds will follow the policy stated in your confirmation. No-show may be charged in full for the reserved period.
6. Guest conduct & property use
Guests must respect quiet hours, common areas, and safety rules. Smoking, illegal substances, and disruptive behaviour may result in immediate removal without refund. You are responsible for damage caused by you or your visitors beyond normal wear.
7. Liability
We maintain the property with reasonable care. We are not liable for loss or injury arising from events outside our reasonable control, or from guest negligence. Personal valuables remain your responsibility; use in-room safes or secure storage where provided.
8. Privacy
Personal data you provide for a booking is used to fulfil the reservation and as described in our privacy practices communicated at the time of booking. Sample wording only; a separate privacy policy may apply when published.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to new bookings made after the “Last updated” date below. Existing confirmed bookings remain on the terms confirmed for that reservation.
